reason for name she was named dew as a kit because she was born in the early morning, and had looked as if she was covered in dew, just like the ground had been. feather had been given to her as a warrior, since she had always loved watching the ospreys circle around
appearance descriptiondew is a tabby/leopard marking mix. her base coat is dark grey, with a hint of blue in the sunlight. her markings are even darker grayish blue. her underbelly is light grey, with more hints of light blue to it, and some creme, but not much. her eyes are very dark blue. she had leopards spots all along her back and her forelegs, and some on the upper part of her back legs. she has tabby markings on her face, ears, and tail.
quirksshe is outgoing and kind, but she's usually not one to start a conversation. she will say her name first, if the other cat doesn't, but she will not talk about something else until they go for it. she loves to be around her friends. she fears spiders greatly, and she's not too fond of snakes. she is sweet, and points out the best in a cat. she has a very positive attitude.
personalitydew has always been a keen, sharped eyed cat. she sees a situation and assess it quickly, storing information away in her brain without a second thought. when she meets a new cat, she quickly thinks of any threats this cat could oppose. she thinks of ways that they could attack her, and moved around and so that if they did attack, she would have the advantage. she thinks of ways that she could take them out easily if needed, but still keeps a kind, sweet demeanor on the outside. when she meets someone in her clan, she usually doesn't think of how they could be harmful. she tries to become their ally, first, and so she shows her best side. when meeting a cat from outside the clan, she is suspicious. she still tries to become allies, but if that doesn't work, she'll definitely fight. when meeting cats of the same gender, she usually acts normally, and friendly. when meeting male cats, she's a bit more jumpy, but still kind and friendly. she hides any negative feeling under a mask of smiles.
familyshe had only met her mother, an old cat named Iceflower. she died, later on, from whitecough, that turned into something worse.
experiencedew was born into the wilderness with her mother, iceflower, her father no where to be found. they lived together for a long while, up until it was almost time for dew's apprentice ceremony. ice had urged her to go join a clan, but dew had refused. ice had trained her well, and once dew was close to becoming a warrior, ice, again, had urged her to join a clan. this time dew had chosen tempest, and she had been given a warrior name, dewfeather, from the way the clan noticed how much she enjoyed the osprey's in their territory. later on, iceflower had died, and someone had found her body near the clan camp. after that, dewfeather hasn't been as outgoing as she used to be, but she still loves meeting new cats.
