reason for name brown hued pelt and great tracking ability/awareness.
appearance descriptionaveraged sized tomcat. his pelt is short and brown, light brown in spots such as his chest and underbelly, with only his jaw being white. he has thin tabby stripes running across his pelt, and extra pointy ears. his senses are very acute, he can easily track or detect someone or something. yellow-green eyes. rather handsome.
quirks- wise, for his age. he thinks a lot about the future, the repercussions of actions, and has very good instincts.
- has a really fast metabolism. he's always hungry, and eats rather large portions when there's enough to go around.
- inventive. he likes to try new things, new ideas, and is always open to interesting suggestions. he gets pretty creative and has *brief* moments of genius.
personalitywhat might you expect from a young tom? a bounty of fresh energy, an exciting outlook on life? yes yes, that's all true about Pinewhisker. he's in it for the creativity, the cunning, the short adventures that remind you how nice it feels to be back at home. but besides these boyish qualities, a few talents are riddled among his persona. for instance, he's a great inventor - and innovator. he likes to "bring a lot to the table". and though he's an excellent listener, and very respectful of opinions and orders, he likes to put forth his own two cents about most things. usually this is welcome, since Pinewhisker is abnormally wise for his age. he was a rabid learner when he was younger, gobbling information and intently observing mannerisms and the workings of the world around him. he's sort of an eavesdropper, having listened in on many adult conversations he probably wasn't supposed to hear. to this day, he still cant help but listen in on certain things. but even with all his good instincts and knowledge, this tom can sometimes think he's right a little too often. maybe a little too much confidence, or just a slightly large ego. he wont try to push his methods to those he's inferior to, but his friends and peers sometimes experience him claiming he "knows best".
on the bright side, this doesn't occur too often. his casual self is pretty goofy, friendly, and upbeat. he's pretty laid back, and doesn't get worked up as easily as others. to think of it, he much rather be at peace. Pinewhisker has little interest in conflict, and tries to avoid fighting in any form. not that he wont, but isn't it just so much easier to not get involved in the first place? there's only a few things that really get him heated. such as deception, feeling helpless, and cold-blooded murder. lying or hiding things from him is probably the worst thing you could do in a situation. he takes it personal and always likes to know the facts and what's going on. feeling helpless makes him angry because he's been the "man with the plan" since he was born. usually he can always find a way to aid someone or something, solve problems, ect. its a low time on his ego and self esteem when he cannot. as for cold blooded murder, he doesn't like fighting or too much violence anyway. the idea of a cat killing for anything but protection or justice grinds his gears and generally horrifies him.
Pinewhisker is very loyal to tempestclan. he sees it as his home, he sees his clan as his kin. everything about it is extremely close to his heart, as it should be with any loyal warrior. though he does not despise, or even dislike vertigoclan. his feelings about them are neutral. he believes in the warrior code, and that there are borders for a reason, though thinks friendliness shouldn't be nonexistent.
