Hollybreeze sighed as she looked up towards the sky. She was holding her tongue. "I am not accusing anyone of anything. All I am saying is the being clan born does not automatically make you loyal. You know what, this is so not worth getting into another fight," Hollybreeze spoke as her glaze landed on Lionwhisker again. She held back her comment. She wanted to say it was so not worth being accusing of her loyalty because of her birth right.
Her eyes widen as she saw him get angry at her gentle cuff. She watched as he dodged it. She took a step back and nodded, "Sorry I did not mean to upset you there. I am close to Shadedpaw,  I wish she was my own kit sometimes. There for she will never be pesky. Her and her siblings are adorable and great cats." She spoke gently, but with such more warmth in her vocie then before hand.

The tom could tell that his clanmate was holding her tongue, but he didn't care. He could feel her irritation building beneath her pelt again, but he brushed it off. This whole encounter with the she-cat had been drawn out and just plain irritating. Lionwhisker hadn't spoken to her more in his life, yet he found he knew more about her than most of his clanmates. Perhaps his lack of desire to socialize was to blame, or his unfriendly personality, but he didn't care either way. Flicking his tail in dismissal, the tom ignored Hollybreeze's statement. "Just watch what you say." Was all he said simply. He didn't feel the need to explain; he shouldn't have to. He was Lionwhisker, and he could do what he pleased. The tom gave his limbs another stretch, and his maw parted for a yawn. The sun was well overhead in the sky now, and he knew he had to get back to camp. His apprentice, Redpaw, would be wanting to train with him.


Still, the she-cat continued to talk. he softened a bit as she explained. "It's okay." He said simply."I didn't mean to offend you either. My own apprentice, Redpaw, is pretty pesky. It's just the age. I'm sure Shadedpaw is great, and I'm sure you'd make a great mother." And with that comment, the tom dipped his head and turned around. "Let's go back to camp now. Flamingstar will be waiting."
