- please have at least three active members (online multiple times a week, posting) and an active chat box.
- have an aesthetically appealing site! i'd hate to deny your request on the basis of "your site is ugly"
- for now we do not have a marquee or scrolling section, only static, so i expect our banner to be easily seen. if you must make us scrolling, please do not let it take hours for our banner to be seen. just keep fairness in mind when requesting.
- any type of forum is allowed, but no over-the-top sexual or violent themes may be present- we will be checking!
